Within a few hours. Once your AI phone assistant is set up, simply activate call forwarding from your phone number to our system. From that moment on, the AI will answer the calls. If you want to answer the calls yourself again, simply turn the forwarding off again.

How will I be notified after a received call?

After every conversation your customers have with the AI, you will receive a brief summary by email. This includes the most important customer data, the caller's concern, and what was agreed upon during the call – for example, whether a callback is requested or if the AI has already scheduled an appointment.

What information does Phonaros need for the setup?

We will send you a form to provide details about your company, your opening hours, as well as your services and products. This information serves as the basis for preparing the AI specifically for your business. We will then discuss all further details personally during the initial consultation.

How quickly can I start using Phonaros?
